comfy bed useful kettle

the bed in my room was comfy. the room had a fridge, kettle. tea and coffee. it was useful for me.

there were no english tv channels.

non operational lights incorrect password

The initial room assigned had lights that were non operational. Staff displayed disbelief initially. Resolution of this issue took one hour. The internet password provided was also incorrect. I consider these failures unacceptable.

the staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel is in a quiet location, about a 15-minute walk to the city center. there is a bus stop conveniently located right outside the door (which i found super handy).

the pool area could use some furniture updates.
